WJD-1.00 electric-powered LHD is a new generation of electric-powered LHD designed and manufactured by Nanchang United General Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Since the main leaders and key personnel of the company are from Nanchang General Machinery Plant where the first domestic carry-scraper was designed and manufactured,
  

this LHD is widely applied in underground mining operations of black, nonferrous, chemical engineering, building materials and gold mines.

our Specialties
1.      Overall redesign of the frame structure which greatly improves its stiffness, strength and technical rationality;
2.      The machine is slightly heavier than the original similar model  which increases its traction force; the lifting cylinder is double-cylinder and its fulcrum is optimized for larger lifting moment; the cylinder diameter of the bucket cylinder is larger than that of its former model  (i.e. increase bucket rotating force), so that improves its overall shoveling force.
3.      The load-bearing condition of the arm is changed by altering its design, so that prolongs the service life of the arm.
4.      The strength of swinging rack is enhanced through design alteration, improving its load-bearing condition and completely resolving the problem of breakable swinging rack;
5.      The service life of transfer case is prolonged through design alteration, making it in line with the service life of LHD;
6.      Movement on the same straight line of the front and back driving shafts is realized through design alteration, greatly prolonging its service life;
7.      After design alteration, double hinge joint is employed for the front and back frames for more reliable hinge joint;
8.      All the oil cylinders are manufactured according to the new design of our company, greatly improving the service life;
9.      Self lubricating bearings are used at positions not accessible, which reduces maintenance work and guarantees normal operation and service life;
10.  Newly designed cabling valve and a series of devices are used to reach automatic cable arrangement generally without cable-arrangement device, which greatly prolongs the service life of cables; Cables are still under service after the first WJD-0.75/1G electric-powered LHDs are used with heavy load for 20 months on mines;
11.  Bucket lips are made of high abrasion resistant alloy steel and they are almost new after the first WJD-0.75/1.00G electric-powered LHDs are used with heavy load for 20 months. For general mines, the manufacturer guarantees 200,000 tons of ore removal during the service life of the bucket lips, which is 2-3 times of that of common bucket lips.;
12.  The whole machine adopts two double gear pumps, being different from its similar products which usually employ double pump, single pump or one triple pump; the added one pump is for the use of pilot valve, allowing easier manual operation and lowering the operator's labor intensity;
13.  After design alteration, the cable drum can roll up 75-120m cables. Compared with its similar products whose effective cable length is only 75m, this machine has been greatly improved and its usable haul distance and action radius are increased by 60%;
14.  The electric motor employs new triangle conversion, avoiding the weakness of overlarge load impact of the starting current; multi warning devices designed on the meter panel improve the operation safety level;
15.  The driving cab is spacious and the driver seat is comfortable. The front and back bodies are slightly lower than that of its similar carry-scrapers, allowing broader front and back view;
16.  The length of the whole machine is more shorter with better minimum turning radius.
